Yesterday was great! Really, okay, started of the day pretty late, I woke up at around 8.30. Rachael called and asked for English comprehension book, so, I helped her photocopy, then met her at jurong east mrt station control station before meeting Joshua at popular. Rachael was late, but it was alright I guess, everything worked out fine. Passed the file to Rachael, then Rachael went to the library to do it. Joshua wore a white shirt and jeans just like he said in the sms, managed to spot him pretty easily when he came out of popular. Then we set of for IMM before remembering that we should first get tickets for the movie. We changed direction and went in search for the movie ticketing counter, he managed to find it at the second level.

Wow, jurong east changed a lot, the last time I’ve been there would be 23989032795 years ago, okay, maybe not. Just last year, but still, it seemed so long ago. This half a year was a really memorable half a year for me, really, all the experiences gained through syf, the friends made in the new class, and even OBS. It’s just great, really! Okay, back to the point, after we got tickets, we went to IMM, went in search of Band World because we weren’t hungry yet! We searched HIGH and LOW, and in many rounds before we decided to ask the receptionist, and when we found it in the end, it wasn’t opened. A huge blow of disappointment, we were really looking forward to Band World.

Okay, we decided to go for lunch after that, it was at Ajisen Ramen, the food was good, but the portion was huge! I couldn’t finish it, but Joshua managed to! I was really full, and really satisfied with the meal. (: Then we went to Band World one last time before heading to Jurong Entertainment Center for our movie. We saw that it was still closed. After that was the movie, Joshua treated me to drinks, thanks a lot yeah! (: The movie was really funny, made me laugh a lot! After that, we realised we had a lot of time, so we decided to go back to IMM, the walk there was horribly rocky, and with heels, I had to be extra careful walking. I called Jolynn, and she gave me the number for Band World, Joshua called them, and found out that they only opened at 6! We were surprised, because the receptionist said that it was opened from 12 to 2 or something like that. We walked around for quite abit before settling down at the benches at the outdoor playground. We sat there and talked for about 2 hours, it was really great, and much better than walking around IMM aimlessly.

I don’t know why, but I seem to realise how fragile life is, just a simple fault of anyone, and there goes life. Well, we can’t predict any accidents, and we don’t want them to come knocking on our door in any situation. I really admire those lying in the hospitals bed, knowing that they might die just any moment, but still carry on living life meaningfully, like treasuring every last moment they have, with their friends and family. How courageous, okay, back to the point once again. After the long talk, we decided to try out Band World again, when we saw the opened doors, our faces both beamed with huge smiles! Okay, weird description but yeah. Joshua wanted to get badges and mallets for his band, and I didn’t have anything in mind to get, I remembered that Celestine wanted something, but I just couldn’t remember what it is that she wanted. I wanted to call her, but I realised that she wasn’t in Singapore. Okay, Joshua wanted to get mallets, but the shop didn’t have the means of testing. Well, I couldn’t help, but yeah. He spent like 102.60! I managed to calculate it mentally, plus the 10 percent discount only for the mallet sticks and after that, still had to count in the badges, I think I’m just made for math! Okay, maybe not, math is tiring, and I can’t just sit down for 34535435 hours attempting math sums, I’ll go mad!

After that, we left for city hall, I had to meet Clarence and Mavis, and he went straight to VCH first to meet his friends. Clarence, Mavis and I, were kind of lost! The way I walked at first was correct! But, I doubted myself, and that cost us a lot of time. I’m sorry guys! We walked around a lot, in the end, thanks to me again, we managed to find our way there. I sang a lot on the way, (: Well, isn’t this Michellina? I wouldn’t be Michellina if I don’t sing at all in a single day, really! I sing at really random moments, I found out. Even during OBS, it was the singing that kept me alive, and going! When we reached VCH, I called enjia, and realised that she was just a metre away from me, I was laughing. Okay, we got our tickets, and paid her back. Then we went into the hall.

This time, I sat with Clarence and Mavis, and Joshua sat with his friends. Guess what? We were just 2 seats away, and I was looking out for him like crazy! Clarence found that out, after the intermission! The pieces they played were alright except for the last piece. It was a really nice piece, I have to be honest, but I felt that it just wasn’t right for the finale piece. Maybe because I don’t really know how to appreciate good music, I felt it was much too boring, I ended up talking to Mavis and Clarence a lot. The rest of the piece were really good, I enjoyed the brass sextet a lot, and really admire them for their huge courage, they really have what it takes to be really wonderful musicians and I’m no way near them. I’ve learnt a lot from this concert, and hopefully, I’ve learnt to be a better person and music maker! I can’t wait for band to start next week, but I don’t want school to start! Okay, paradoxical, but yeah, that’s what I really feel, and it’s also super impossible, guess I should stop dreaming and really cling on to reality. Okay, after that, took MRT home with Mavis, and my parents were super worried, so they decided to pick me up from boon lay. Thanks mum and dad yeah!

I would love to end of the post with thanking Mavis, Clarence and especially Joshua, thanks a lot for making my day. It was really enjoyable, throughout the whole time, though we may get lost a lot of times, but it was really that journey of searching that made me appreciate finding the place much more. Thanks for being there for me! (: I love you!

Well, today was alright on the whole. Woke up at around 9plus to reply sms-es, then went back to bed till about 11plus, after that, I ate breakfast cum lunch, and slacked around a bit, watched TV, and then, mum came back. Thus, I decided to start of with completing my English newspaper articles, now, I’ve finished cutting and pasting them on foolscap paper, after that, I went on to write the English composition. ‘Write about how a serious accident led to an area being made safer for those who work or live there.’ Well, I haven’t finished it yet though. Anyway, tomorrow was supposed to be trip to Sentosa with Jessabelle, Suying, Jiaxin, Nadrah and Jacqueline, however it wasn’t possible because some of them couldn’t make it, I guess it’s alright, there’s always next time, I hope. Okay, that’s all for now, I’ll have to finish up my homework, hopefully before school starts, if not, by the first week of the school yeah! (:
